Clinch-Powell Resource
Conservation Development Council,
a rural community development organization,
serves as the lead entity and fiscal agent for the
Clinch-Powell Enterprise Community (EC).
The EC is an area included in the five-county region
designated to receive $2.75 million in direct government funding, tax
incentives for local businesses and special priority
when applying for federal grants.

CFSC is a non-profit organization dedicated
