Rental Rates Clinch-Powell Community
Kitchens' rental rates are competitive and affordable. Businesses in Tennessee and
growers from ANY state can rent the processing facilities for $20/hour Others can rent the kitchens
for $25/hour Regular tours available for
$100/tour Storage rental rates for dry,
refrigerated, and frozen items are available upon request Rates for businesses not
processing in the kitchen but using the 80-label/minute automatic
labeling machine are available upon request Rates for co-packing, private
label production, or production of nutritional labeling panels are
available upon request Terms of Use Production
for commercial sale requires proof of food product liability insurance,
a business plan, and an HACCP (Hazard Analysis and Critical Control
Point) Plan, all of which our staff can help with at no additional
charge For
